Have you heard about TikTok's new feature called "Meditation in Sleep Hours"? The new feature is aimed at helping teens manage their screen time and get better sleep.
If you're under 18 and using TikTok after 10pm, the app will automatically pause your scrolling and lead you through a guided meditation to help you wind down.
Adults can also opt into this feature too in settings. TikTok says this is part of their broader effort to support mental health and comes amid their recent legal drama.
