I did it! I got my first tattoo, and I'm so glad I did! I am absolutely IN LOVE with it!
Let me give you the back story to what this tattoo means to me.
Ever since I can remember I have always been obsessed with dragonflies. I know that might seem generic, but it's true. In most cultures the dragonfly represents change, and transformation. 2018 was that kind of year for me, so I thought it was the perfect time to get a dragonfly tattoo!
Most of our listeners know I'm OBSESSED with cats, but I didn't want to get a cat tattoo... not yet anyways. I wanted to incorporate cats into my tattoo along with my love for Radio.
I thought of International Morse Code, which was the very beginning of Radio, and I used that to spell MEOW across the top of the tattoo and I feel that it really makes it POP.
Then finally for the head, and probably my FAVORITE part of this tattoo, a mic with headphones.
To get a mic as the head was my little sister Keirra's idea. She is 10, and she means the world to me. Having her contribute in some way makes it even more special.

I'm EXTREMELY happy with the result. Now, what should be my next tattoo?
