The 45th Annual Ingles, Smoky Mountain Toy Run, benefiting children in need this Christmas, starts at the Kearfott plant on US Hwy 70, Saturday, November 1. Gates open at 10am; the police escorted ride to downtown Asheville departs at 1pm.
After Hurricane Helene, we are pleased to welcome motorcyclists back for the parade to Asheville. Classic cars and trucks are welcome to participate this year too. Entry is $20 cash per person or a new toy of equal value. You can also drive through and donate toys or money at the entrance.
This year, three non-profit organizations that distribute toys to children in need at Christmas will receive donations from participants. The organizations are the Salvation Army, ABCCM, and Eblen Charities.
