I mean, if you didn't cut your own hair as a toddler were you even... toddlering? I feel that EVERYONE does this at least ONCE in their lives. It's hilarious, and it's hair. It will grow back. Now... to cut your sibling's hair is another story. Kids... they are just too darn adorable.
