Cardi B Gets Real About Being A 'Sexy' Mom

As a mom, I love knowing how celebrity moms deal with the pressure of raising babies (and all the mom-shamers out there!) while also in the spotlight.

And with someone like Cardi B , who lives her life very publicly and who also has 6-month-old daughter Kulture Kiari , it's even more interesting to see her views on things like being a "sexy" mom and dating as a mom.

In the new cover story for Harper's BAZAAR, Cardi talks about it allll and gives us a glimpse into her life with Kulture.

One thing I can totally relate to Cardi on is how motherhood changes you. She says she doesn't care about going out anymore, and I kind of get that! Though I do love the occasional night out.

In Cardi's words:

"The things that I thought matter, it didn't really matter. I'm just so focused on my kid. I don't be sad for long because whenever I'm with my baby, it's like, 'Yeah, whatever. F*ck everybody.'"

On being considered a "sexy" mom (which, by the way, aren't all moms sexy. We produced babies! That's sexy to someone):

"One day, my daughter's gonna see my body and she's gonna see me twerking and it's like, 'Would it make a difference if I did it after or before her?' It's still out there. I feel like moms who do wanna feel sexy can be. I don't feel like once you become a mom, you supposed to be this nun."

And Cardi certainly doesn't shy away from being sexy... and why should she!

Cardi shared her views on dating as a mother though, and I actually was surprised by how she feels.I figured she would take the same "it doesn't matter, do what you want" attitude, but she feels moms should be a bit more conservative with the men they bring around their children, if they are dating.

"I don't feel like a lotta moms should be dating three, four different guys in a year. And I don't feel like your kids should see you with a whole lotta different men. Especially if you have a female daughter. Because I feel like there's a lot of psychopaths and you don't want them around your kids. Once you're a mom, you should be more mindful of how many men you bring in your life."

But also, I love Cardi for saying, "I feel like there's a lot of psychopaths."

That's our Cardi!
