How Ellie Goulding Battles Anxiety Attacks

We always seem to forget that celebrities are people too.  They have issues just like everyone else.  Ellie Goulding is one of the few celebrities who opens up about their issues.  She battles anxiety on a daily basis, sending her into full blown panic attacks.  

These attacks are so bad, that she has to put off recording, and working on her music.  

So, how does she battle these panic attacks?  Well, that's exactly what she does.  She BATTLES them.  She has taken up boxing, and it has helped her more than you could imagine.  

"It wasn't about any change in my outward appearance, it was about seeing and feeling myself get better and stronger.  It carried over into other areas of my life, and now I truly feel that exercise- however you like to work out- is good for the soul."
