Woman Claims That An Airline Lost Her Mother's Prosthetic Foot

I swear these airlines can't catch a break anymore. This woman is MAD because she's claims that an airline lost her mom's prosthetic foot.

Margaret Crawford had flown from Tampa International Airport to Belize on March 30. After finding out that the luggage containing her mother's prosthetic foot was lost, she remained in contact with the airline. The airline called daily to update Crawford on the status of the foot, but it wasn't until she got back to Tampa she learned that the foot was found safe and sound in Atlanta.

“I feel like they robbed me and it's the principle. In today's technology, they should not lose luggage for two weeks,” Crawford told WFLA. I wanted to witness my mom putting on that shoe, I wanted to dance with her, just to hold her and see that excitement and listen to her laughter.”

Crawford says she paid more than 500 for the flight to Belize and 75 dollars for the luggage that the foot was in. The airline offered to pay half the amount of the ticket to Belize, but she wants the whole trip to be paid for.

"I made a lot of sacrifice to make that trip and I am expecting Southwest to do the right thing -- for them to get me back there with my luggage so I can see my mom with her foot and I would like it while she is still alive," Crawford told WFLA

Has the airline ever lost anything of yours?!?
