APD is reporting the city's 7th homicide of 2021.
A victim was gunned down in a drive-by shooting about 10:45 Monday night near the intersection of Biltmore Avenue and Short Coxe Avenue.
Police say the victim was shot multiple times.
APD has not released the name of the victim pending notification of family.
